Managing Your Subscriptions
You can manage all your subscriptions from your account dashboard. You have full control to:
- Modify delivery schedules
- Change quantities
- Pause subscriptions temporarily
- Cancel subscriptions anytime
- View upcoming deliveries
Important Information about Product Subscriptions
Subscription orders are processed automatically based on your selected schedule.
If for a scheduled delivery we don't have enough stock, we will notify you and you can modify the schedule or cancel the subscription. In the meantime your subscription will be paused.
If you don't have enough funds on your payment method, we will notify you and you can modify the payment method or cancel the subscription. In the meantime your subscription will be paused.
Renewal, Payment, and Cancellation
We will automatically fulfill your Subscription order according to your chosen delivery schedule. Your subscription will continue and your payment method will be charged until you cancel the subscription.
The price for a Subscribtion is stated on the subscription's detail page under your profile. The total cost charged to your payment method for each Subscribtion Delivery will be the cost of the item on the day that delivery is processed (which is subject to change). We may change the price for a Subscribtion at any time for any reason. Information about changes to price will be available to you on your profile page.
